Payment and Pricing

All invoices are due upon receipt. The preferred method of payment is via email money transfer; however, payments can also be made conveniently using a credit card by following the instructions provided in the invoice sent to you via text or email. Additionally, cash and checks are accepted as alternative payment methods.
Cancellations
​
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to cancellations. We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can assist you in rescheduling your appointment. Please note that if we are informed of a cancellation outside of the 24-hour window, we will be unable to provide a refund.
Satisfaction
​
We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completion of your cleaning at 403-393-8922. We will make every effort to address your concerns or issue a refund for the cleaning fee. Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests made outside of the 24-hour window.

What We Do Not Clean
​
We do not provide cleaning services for bodily fluids, feces (whether from animals or humans), litter boxes, infestations of animals or insects, drug paraphernalia, mold, fire or flood restoration, heavy tobacco odors, or dishes
Safe Worksite
​
We reserve the right to prioritize safety in the workplace and may decline to undertake a job if the worksite is deemed unsafe.
Moving Furniture
​
We offer limited furniture moving services, taking care to operate within reasonable parameters. Due to the potential risk of damaging flooring or furniture that may not be in optimal condition, we exercise caution in these situations. Additionally, please note that we do not possess the necessary tools or equipment to move large appliances or heavy furniture."
Renovations/ Construction
​
Please ensure that all bulk construction materials and debris are cleaned and disposed of prior to our scheduled cleaning service, especially if renovations or contracting work have been conducted in the area. This is essential to maintain a safe work environment and to ensure that our services are focused on cleaning rather than handling the primary cleanup responsibilities of the contractors. It is the contractors' obligation to manage the disposal of any excess building materials and tools."
Rentals

Please ensure that all personal items are removed from the rental property prior to our cleaning service. We are unable to commence cleaning until the moving process is complete, as we do not handle the removal of tenants' personal belongings."
